These terms apply to the use of www.rolde.nl. By using the website, you agree to them.
Who runs the website
Rolde.nl is a website run by Moi! Webservices, Stoklegging 7, 9451 KV Rolde, Chamber of Commerce no. 69401349. You can reach the editorial team at redactie@rolde.nl or through the contact form.
The information on the website
We compile the news, the events calendar and the guide with care, from sources that are listed with each item. Even so, something may be incorrect or out of date. No rights can be derived from the information. If you spot a mistake, let us know and we will correct it.
- Events calendar: events come from organisers and other sources. The date, time and place may change; if in doubt, check with the organiser.
- Weather and waste: the weather report is a forecast by MET Norway and the collection days come from Mijn Afvalwijzer, for an address in Rolde. For your own address, check mijnafvalwijzer.nl.
- Emergency services: the emergency service call-outs are intended as information, may appear later than the emergency response itself and are not complete. In an emergency, call 112.
- Opening hours and prices: these are not given for places in the guide, because they change. Check the place’s own website.
Sending us something
If you send us a tip, an event, a photo or another contribution:
- you declare that what you send is correct, and that you have the right to send it;
- you first ask permission from people who can be recognised in a photo or who are named in your contribution;
- you give Rolde.nl permission to publish your contribution on the website, to shorten it, to translate it and to adapt it to the style of the website, with your name alongside if it is a photo;
- the editorial team decides whether and when a contribution appears. You have no right to this, and the editorial team may also remove a contribution later.
We do not publish contributions that are offensive, discriminatory or unlawful, or advertising without prior agreement.
Copyright
The texts, the design and the photos credited © Rolde.nl belong to Moi! Webservices. You may quote a passage of text or share an article, provided you name Rolde.nl as the source with a link to the page. Reproducing whole articles is allowed only with our permission. What you may do with photos is set out on Images and copyright. Photos by others remain the property of their creators.
Links to other websites
Rolde.nl links to other people’s websites, such as the sources of an article or the website of a place in the guide. We are not responsible for the content of those websites.
Liability
You use the information on Rolde.nl at your own risk. Moi! Webservices is not liable for damage arising because information on the website is incorrect, incomplete or unavailable, except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence. We do our best to keep the website accessible, but cannot promise that it will always work.

Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. The new version will then appear on this page, with the date on which it takes effect. These terms are governed by Dutch law. This version applies from 16 October 2026. In the event of any difference between this translation and the Dutch version, the Dutch version prevails.
